League of Legends is no stranger to in-game universes that display its champions in unique ways. Among the most popular are its virtual music bands. Riot Games has often released music videos for its World Championships. However, it often uses real-world musicians and bands for them.
The developers have also released music videos for some champion releases.
However, they have taken this further by developing actual bands using the game’s champions as band members. They started this with the heavy metal band, Pentakill.
With over 56 million views on YouTube from its first video, Pentakill initially featured Kayle, Mordekaiser, Olaf, Sona, Yorick, and Karthus. The band has two albums and is a substantial hit with metalheads who play League of Legends.
However, sometime later, Riot Games chose to release a more mainstream band: K/DA. This virtual K-pop girl group features Kai’Sa, Evelynn, Akali, and Ahri.
The band has released songs that have become mega-hits in the real world, like POP/STARS (which gained over 500 million views on YouTube alone). At the same time, the developers released in-game K/DA skins for these champions.
The Bottom Line
There is a range of K/DA skins for champions, and they all look spectacular. There are plenty of options with 17 KDA skins in all—including K/DA-related skins.
Because the skins are for different champions, deciding the best skin depends on which champion is your favorite. However, I personally prefer the K/DA ALL OUT versions. I feel that these skins just do a little more than the default K/DA skins, though they cost the same.
That said, I am not the best fan of the Prestige versions. They feel like glorified white-and-gold Chromas that are notoriously hard to get.

K/DA Lore
Most people know K/DA as just a girl group in League of Legends. However, who are they really?
K/DA is a band that surged into popularity after releasing the famous song “POP/STARS.” The band is unconventional, with tails that fans think might be real and dreamy, unearthly decor.
According to lead singer Ahri, the band’s songs help its listeners be true to themselves and be memorable.

She graces the world’s runways in stunning gowns thanks to her sleek new look. Designers also craft endless outfits for her to wear. She has also released her own fragrance called Charmed and is the poster girl of FOXY cosmetics.
K/DA Ahri takes all this in stride because she and her band are among the big names in the world.
Appearance and Effects
K/DA Ahri wears a sleek top with thigh-highs and golden stilettos. Her orb looks like a crystalline disco ball, while her tails are all crystal.
She has a new dance animation, and when she recalls, she dances to the tune of the K/DA song, “POP/STARS.” She also has cool audio effects when damaging enemies. For example, it sounds like music when her Q ability passes through multiple enemies or when she strings numerous attacks together.
How To Get It
You can own K/DA Ahri for 1350 RP. This is costlier than Popstar Ahri, but the changes here are more pronounced. This is an excellent skin for the price.

All her abilities have a crystal look. And when she casts abilities, both her orb and tails change color.
How To Get It
K/DA ALL OUT Ahri is a fantastic skin at 1350 RP. It is just as stunning as the original K/DA Ahri skin, if not more.

She transforms to her neon form when she casts her W ability and is in the shroud. And when casting her ultimate, you can see the words “K/DA” on the ground.

You cannot currently get Prestige Akali from the store as it is a Prestige skin. Instead, you have to either unlock it through Loot or wait for it to appear at the Mythic Shop and have enough Mythic Essence saved up.
